Accept that you are part of the problem. Be a personally accountable teammate. Stick with it until the problem is completely solved. Take personal responsibility for solving the problem. Recognize when there is a problem instead of looking away.

Your small quality niche audience has more value then thousands of random ad impressions. It's ok to get paid for doing work and there are many ways to do so: FTE, tips, subs, courses, sponsors, ads, etc.
Forrest BrazealSlow down tense moments to bring collaboration back. If the answer puts you in a dead end, point it out to solicit team mates empathy. Challenge others' beliefs rather than their persona to know them better. Request people authentic reaction to what you're saying to show you care and discover flaws in your reasoning.
