Real changes come from different choices. If you can't explain it, it's not wired in your brain. Learn then apply, have your actions to match your intentions. Emotions teach the body what you're learning in a physical-chemical way. Become conscious of your unconscious thoughts, especially bad ones in order to change these behaviors. Some emotions are chemical residues from the past. People prefer familiarity over going into the unknown that grows the brain. Keep thinking, acting, and feeling differently until it becomes familiar. Because information is more accessible than ever, it's up to how hard you want the change and are ready to act on it. Reflect on what's inside of you more than on what's outside. The brain is a record of your past, an artifact-like memory bank. Problems are tattoos of the past in the brain that makes our body feel in the past as well. Where your place your intention is where you place your energy. Avoid thinking about the predictable future and the past, snap back to living in the present. Free your body from the chains of the past and predictable future. People are addicted to their own thoughts, they think they can stop it but do it anyway. Stress becomes arousing and consent stress harms the body. People think about stressful things to get aroused. The cycle of thinking-being is called the state of being and, if not stopped, the body become subconsciously conditioned by the past. We make memories from emotions, from our chemical senses to turns them into a long-term memory snapshot. Reviewing an event mentally unleashes the same emotions in the body. Some people are changed by events and can't change afterward ("I can't change X because of Y."). 50% of stories aren't true meaning people change stories to excuse themselves from changing again to re-affirm their addiction to that feeling. Memory without the emotional charge is called wisdom. We often tell stories because we feel the emotions linked to it. Emotions are the chemical records of the memory. Free your body from your past negative emotions. Romance your future, not your past. Unlearn and relearn, deprogram and reprogram, loose your mind and create a new one. It takes more than one day to change and it gets easier day by day. Your bad past no longer exists when you realize it got you were you are today with these current thoughts. When your mind changes, your biology changes too, which sometimes can be unbelievable. Have enthusiasm for life. One story is information for the collective to believe in greatness. New thoughts mean new choices mean new behaviors mean new experiences mean new emotions mean new biology. Become a better person and your microbiome will change for the better, no matter your own genes and own biologies. People change people. The nervous system is the greatest pharmacist. One inward experience can heal tremendously, in a sustained way, except if the previous behaviors are applied again. Don't always try to forecast the worst case scenario, you have control over you response to fear so stop your addiction to fear's arousal. Practice feeling the feeling of fear to notice then tame it when it reoccurs, the brain will then stop firing these signals. Bring your attention back to now. It's when it's the hardest that it matters the most. You must go behind the emotions from your past. The hardest part of war is the last battle, the one that went too far. To reconnect with your feelings, use your devices less, contemplate more, sit with yourself more. What worked for others might work for you too, and if you don't think so then you have a belief problem. Avoid consistent disbelief, you can change your life, believe in yourself and the possibilities. Be the creator in your life instead of the victim. It's not that hard to make changes. Shorten the distance between the though of what you want and the experience of having it, seek synchronicity. When something great happens to you, you feel the gratitude emotion, the ultimate state of receiving. You can be grateful for the things you've had, but also be grateful for the things you'll have. We only accept thoughts that are equal to our emotional state. Feeling gratitude and oxytocin improve the heart then propagate to the brain. It is not enough to feel gratitude for 5 minutes when the rest of the day is filled with miserable emotions, gratitude must be felt all day long. Use gratitude creatively. Get good at doing hard work one way; your own. Nobody changes until they change their energy. There is a delicate balance between intentions and surrendering, knowing what you want and trusting the outcome. God doesn't do everything, some of it is up to you. You put 10 in to get 1 out until you put 1 in to get 10 out. Nobody is making you happy but you, overcome your emotional addictions to feel the freedom of expression without feeling limited in any way. The universe gives you what you're worthy of receiving. To love yourself, practice feeling love to become less selfish and more selfless. Executing from your heart makes you do things whole and love yourself, thus with everybody. You can't grudge if you feel loved. The whole is greater than the sum of the parts. You feel gratitude when you receive it, it's empathy that strengthen you. Opening your hearth isn't a technique but a way to live. It's easy to respond in a matter of seconds and go the default path, but it's to be avoided because you should self-regulate. The more relaxed you are in your hearth, the more aware your are in your brain. Self-regulation must be trained at calm moment to be able to notice when your less aware in stressful situation. By rehearsing what you're about to do, your brain won't tell the difference between the real life experience and the training one. When you're whole it's hard to want, when you want it means you lack. Money and success have nothing to do with genuine joy and happiness. You're truly free when you're whole and no longer want. It's hard to play the game the same way once you realize that something is bigger. Violence, hostility, hopelessness, envy, and many more negative emotions are linked to stress. Change means getting greater than your body that is programmed by your past and greater than your environment to not be defined by it. Who controls the information controls the masses emotions. Technology sucks the pleasure out of things and people don't realize they're addicted. Feel bad about feeling bad. The brain may think but the heart knows. A relationship is good as long as they evolve in the same direction. Show up for yourself because stepping in for others. Science demystifies things, evidence becomes the loudest voice, science removes doubts. It's okey to use psychedelics once or twice with the intent to discover a new perceptive about yourself. The doors to the subconscious mind open before and after sleeping, seize it to reprogram yourself. If you want to think about something when going to bed, ask yourself "How did I do today?". For the morning, "How am I gonna be today?".
