Property is the basis of freedom. The current industrial society will lead us to slavery. Capitalism is only a transitional period preceding socialism, but in the form of redistribution or servitude? Capitalism is a few people who own the means of production and proletarians who are masters of nothing. Controlling the production of wealth is controlling human life. It is not machines that made us lose our freedoms but the loss of a free mind. In England, the shift took place in the 1600s when the bourgeoisie took power over the king by taking land from the proletarians. This concept is close to Karl Marx's primitive accumulation. Capitalism is instability, a permanent tension between those who have and are free against those who have nothing. The servile state is an arrangement forcing families to work for other families. The free man is the one who can refuse to work. Would you accept a paid contract for life, thus taking away your freedom for your security and making you a slave? We are afraid of being fired because all we have left is our ability to work. Our master is no longer the state but the capitalist employer. The hand that gives is always above the one that receives. Rather than using the word slave and taking away freedoms, the capitalist takes away property through socialism or distributive state. The socialist/collectivist is only the useful idiot of the capitalist and the straight line of the servile state where the majority will enjoy a security that they did not have before at the cost of servitude to a minority. By taking charge of feeding and housing everyone, the socialist keeps the capitalist's workforce alive. And by taking the means of production away from the owners to give them to the state instead of the proletarians, the socialist gives full power to the capitalists because the owners remain the owners and the dispossessed the rest. The servile state is a definitive loss of property for the masses, to the point where it is no longer even desired. Imagine if the state took your money for your unemployment and retirement without giving you a say in its use and imposing conditions to get it back. The goal of the employee is no longer even to stop working but simply to have a better salary. The proletarian no longer even imagines being anything other than a proletarian, so he will not try to make things happen, and that is what those who own are looking for. To counter this, the means of production must be distributed to citizens. The debate should not be about security or purchasing power, but about the proletarian's accession to ownership of the means of production. Reject the servile state, prefer family craft businesses. Neither exploitative nor exploited, human.
