Identity comes first. History is accelerating at every level: demography is changing, the state is missing, the French lifestyle is disappearing, territorial is separated. Paris is deserted by French people but up to where will they flee? French people live in a bubble with their earphones and don't look at their surroundings to avoid seeing the state of their capital city. The metro is a linguistic hub where even Arabic is getting replaced: yesterday's migrants are getting replaced too. Since when is it normal for a counter server of a Parisian restaurant to not speak French or even English? Even if you don't mind the cultural adventure, what about labor law and tourism? The colonial regime is back in Paris where white people are served by migrants. Every politician looks away at this issue because what is there to do when the French economy depends on this labor? People know a collapse is coming but are scared to prepare. There is still hope, people are trying to integrate even though they don't assimilate, and some even take the social elevator thanks to prestigious public studies. Migrants are arriving on a sinking ship with no commander. Civil war, exil, or hope? There is so much to fix that there will be blood, sweat, and tears. France is becoming a gathering of victims from every types at every level, which isn't what you want to rebuild a country. The next Marianne doesn't have to be the whitest as long as she is strong. We are collectively sliding into impotence. Nobody is at their best: migrants productivity is limited, the upper class is too taxed to work more, and the middle class is fed up. Will France fail its fall?
Driss GhaliModern politics is about getting elected, not finding solutions. The state monetary monopoly is harmful for democracy. You must be aware of the risks and stay serene regardless. A problem in France for every entrepreneur is that you must publicly share your home address, which is harder to change than a phone number when you are being targeted. Unlike cash, crypto transfers are and will forever be public, meaning thieves will always be found. If the state doesn't punish thieves, they will continue to bother society. The violence you hear about in the media is the silent daily life of millions of people. Prosperity is built over centuries but can be lost over decades. France separated the Churches and the State 120 years ago, France should now separate the Money and the State. New technologies attract engineers but also malicious people who fantasize about getting rich quickly no matter how. Technologies can't be un-invented, crypto will be there forever in the likes of internet and social media. When something is used to cause harm, should the thing be punished or the malicious user? The first mission of prison is not the punish criminals but to keep the general population safe. While the USA and France have many prisons and crimes, El Salvador has many prisons but few crime. Instead of trying to make hell better for good people, we should get out of hell. The neglect of judges puts everyone at risk. France current state leaves the French people on their own. Engineers look at statistics and statistics don't lie unlike politicians.
