Stop moving the goalposts every time you fulfill your desires, the answer isn't more of something nor fixing that one thing in particular. Use negative triggers as sources of gratitude, you are not the one begging in the street nor delivering groceries at 7pm nor getting driven to the hospital. For every level there is a new devil, your growth is the reward not the achievement. You will never run out of problems, only work on the hardest ones. Level 10 problems are easy when you're level 30. The feeling of progress matters more than the rate of progress for continuous happiness, trajectory over position. Happiness is relative, not absolute. Success is a higher point to fall from. All wins feel the same, dopamine is dopamine. Purposefully throttle your progress, accept a smaller rate of progress, aim for steady improvement. Your values aren't values if you aren't above the average at practicing them. Use what you already have better instead of looking for something new. Treat knowledge as a semantic tree, work your way up from the root to teach yourself anything by talking with AI using this system. You need a skeleton to put your data into, otherwise they're easily forgotten. Outcomes matter more than inputs, there is no point in working hard if you achieve little. If you struggle with this, only put the most important thing to do in your daily to-do list. If you don't know your most important thing to do, it is to find it. Doing something well doesn't make it important. If information was all we needed, we would all be millionaires with perfect abs. Follow Alfred Adler's philosophy, make your future goals impact your current behaviors. Don't hide behind your goals, information is free, act instead of talking. Question questions and journal to have years of memories and thoughts to look back on in 20 years. Fix your working posture, avoid having your eyes looking down using a stand like BoYata's for your laptop. Combining a standing desk with a walking pad is great for activity as well, it isn't even disturbing and produces better work. Don't do any work at your desk that could be done walking, go outside and talk with your phone. Keep your phone outside your bedroom and go for a 15 minutes walk right after waking up, before checking your phone. Make your own high-protein ice-creams by mixing skimmed milk and whey with the Ninja CREAMi, and also look at their Air Fryer. You already are a billionaire in an non-liquid asset if you're young and healthy. Health is wealth and nothing is promised beyond right now. Split your year into 4 quarters and 4 life domains: health, wealth, love, happiness. Divide your 3-years goals for each domain into 1 year then into per quarter then into per week. Don't overweight one domain over the others. Do not miss a day of doing something a bit hard for 2 months to realize what it takes to change habits.
